As an overwhelmed expecting mother, I was becoming extremely defeated as I interviewed pediatricians to help me care for my son when he arrived. As a nurse, I was searching for someone collaborative, respectful, patient, and would be able to provide insight and guidance with more depth than what I could quickly access on a Google search. Jessica and the staff of Well Rooted is a God-send, exceeding my expectations every visit! Jessica is extremely present during very visits, despite whatever is happening outside the exam room door. She is incredibly kind, gentle, patient and with excellent clinical skills and judgement! She has also been immediately available to me via phone on the weekend, when I have had a concern. I just love her and the entire staff at Well Rooted so much and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

We are new patients here and had a wonderful first experience. Everyone in the office was so kind and friendly. Valerie was amazing with our daughter, very helpful and genuine in fielding all of our questions, and provided us with great resources. I am grateful for their whole child approach. Jessica, Jacki and all the Well Rooted Staff are amazing. Our Pediatrician retired a few years back and we were in limbo for several years, never feeling like any Dr we saw actually listened to us. My first time with the Oakbrook office and staff has been the kind of experience I’ve longed for. Although I have only been there twice(in one week), it’s the most genuine communication I’ve had from a doctor’s office. I’ve been searching for a practice that treats our family as more than just a number, and I’m truly grateful for the care and attention to detail they’ve provided. The follow-up phone calls and the extra check-up were instrumental in demonstrating their practice’s excellent understanding of bedside manners and true thoughtfulness that his sickness matters.
