We are new patients here and had a wonderful first experience. Everyone in the office was so kind and friendly. Valerie was amazing with our daughter, very helpful and genuine in fielding all of our questions, and provided us with great resources. I am grateful for their whole child approach. So happy to have found this pediatric team!

We are new patients at Well-Rooted. We were greeted by the friendly receptionist who answered all our questions. Even though it’s a temporary location, it was very well organized and clean. We saw Allison for our visit. She was knowledgeable, friendly and took the time to listen and answer any of our questions. She put our children at ease and made the appointment very easy. We are so grateful for this pediatric office and look forward to building a relationship with the staff!

This practice is incredible! They are very friendly and welcoming. I was recommend to this practice from a relative and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve taken my son here twice so far and they have been great with him. What I also like is that it is a judgement free office. They respect my decisions regarding my son and always give me the best advice and service. They’ve answered all of my questions and concerns as well as took their time with us during our visit. My first time with the Oakbrook office and staff has been the kind of experience I’ve longed for. Although I have only been there twice(in one week), it’s the most genuine communication I’ve had from a doctor’s office. I’ve been searching for a practice that treats our family as more than just a number, and I’m truly grateful for the care and attention to detail they’ve provided. The follow-up phone calls and the extra check-up were instrumental in demonstrating their practice’s excellent understanding of bedside manners and true thoughtfulness that his sickness matters.
