Personalised Patient Care process

Discovery Call

Your journey to better health begins with a conversation. Call our friendly staff at one of our locations to connect with a Patient Care Coordinator who will guide you through the process, answer any questions, and get you scheduled for your first appointment. Let’s take the first step toward uncovering the root of your health concerns.

Initial Visit

During your initial visit, you’ll meet with our highly skilled practitioners to discuss your health history, symptoms, and any ongoing conditions. This in-depth consultation allows us to understand your unique needs and determine whether a functional lab panel is necessary. With the convenience of our onsite lab, you’ll have everything you need to move forward with your personalized care plan.

Review of Findings

Once all information and lab results have been collected, your practitioner will thoroughly review the findings and reach out to discuss the results. Together, you’ll develop a customized plan tailored to address the root causes of your health concerns, ensuring you have a clear path forward.

Continuation of Care

Healing is a journey, and our compassionate practitioners are here to support you every step of the way. Through ongoing care, we focus on treating the root causes of your concerns, helping you achieve optimal health and enhanced well-being. Your success is our priority, and we’re committed to empowering you to thrive.

payments & policies

Financial information

At Well Rooted, we make the payment process as straightforward as possible while providing the highest quality of care for you and your family.

We are a fee-for-service Functional Medicine office, meaning payment is due at the time of service. We accept various payment methods, including cash, check, credit card, and HSA/FSA accounts. 

To assist with potential insurance reimbursement, receipts or superbills can be requested for visits and select services. Reimbursement is subject to your insurance policy's terms and coverage.

For lab work, our in-house lab, Healthlab, processes tests through insurance for standard panels. However, send-out and specialty testing are not billable through insurance, and payment is required at the time of testing.

Please note that a 3.5% processing fee applies to all card transactions, including debit, credit, HSA, and FSA payments.

Pediatrics

These visits allow you and Well-Rooted Pediatrics to monitor the progress of your child as they advance from a newborn to a healthy teenager. Together we will be able to see how your child has developed since their last visit. Nutrition and supplementation are discussed on a preventive level and will guide your child in developing into a healthy, happy adult.

Functional Medicine

Well-Rooted Functional Medicine is a Functional Medicine and Integrative Family Practice. We identify and treat the root cause of your illness, symptoms, and health issues. Our main focus is to focus on curing ailments with scientifically proven natural methods. We test and treat the cause of your illness versus addressing the symptoms that traditional medicine treat. 

Women's Health

At Well Rooted Women’s Health, we believe true wellness begins at the root. Our practice is dedicated to empowering women to reclaim their health and vitality through a personalized, functional medicine approach.
By addressing the root causes of imbalance rather than merely treating symptoms, we provide solutions that honor your body’s unique story. 

MedSpa Services

Well Rooted Functional Medicine and Women's Health offers a variety of services encompassing IV Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Red Light Therapy and Sauna Therapies. We treat the root cause, while addressing deficiencies and offering add on modalities for complete health and wellness support.
