During your initial visit, you’ll meet with our highly skilled practitioners to discuss your health history, symptoms, and any ongoing conditions. This in-depth consultation allows us to understand your unique needs and determine whether a functional lab panel is necessary. With the convenience of our onsite lab, you’ll have everything you need to move forward with your personalized care plan.

Once all information and lab results have been collected, your practitioner will thoroughly review the findings and reach out to discuss the results. Together, you’ll develop a customized plan tailored to address the root causes of your health concerns, ensuring you have a clear path forward.

At Well Rooted, we make the payment process as straightforward as possible while providing the highest quality of care for you and your family.

We are a fee-for-service Functional Medicine office, meaning payment is due at the time of service. We accept various payment methods, including cash, check, credit card, and HSA/FSA accounts. 

To assist with potential insurance reimbursement, receipts or superbills can be requested for visits and select services. Reimbursement is subject to your insurance policy's terms and coverage.

For lab work, our in-house lab, Healthlab, processes tests through insurance for standard panels. However, send-out and specialty testing are not billable through insurance, and payment is required at the time of testing.

Please note that a 3.5% processing fee applies to all card transactions, including debit, credit, HSA, and FSA payments.
