Yesterday I took my daughter for her 4 year well visit and preschool physical. I had a great experience. I saw Valerie at the Oak Brook office. She answered all of my questions and did a through physical. In addition, recommend some things to incorporate to better my daughters digestion.

We love Victoria. She listens to any concerns or questions, doesn’t push any agendas, cares for our baby gently with confidence, patience, and respect. I recommend well rooted to any parents looking for a natural professional care for their babies.

Fantastic personalized care you won’t find anywhere else. Staff is amazing! Providers are helpful, informative and respond quickly. So glad I found this place and I won’t take my kids anywhere else. It’s a 50 mile drive and more than worth it!

This place has been a blessing to my family. We come from Aurora and don’t mind the drive. The whole staff and the DR are very knowledgeable and helpful. This is our first baby and in great hands.

Jessica, Jacki and all the Well Rooted Staff are amazing. Our Pediatrician retired a few years back and we were in limbo for several years, never feeling like any Dr we saw actually listened to us. After our 1st visit at Well Rooted we knew we finally found “the one”. They listen and take the time to discuss options. They support the patient and put YOU 1st.

We have used Jessica for several years now. She takes time and care when seeing her patients. My husband and I will always feel like she saved our baby. Our youngest was sick and then ended up with RSV and pneumonia. It was Jessica who kept in touch with and made sure our daughter received the best care.

Absolutely Love this place! The staff here is amazing! They’re very thorough and it’s obvious that they care about your little ones. Happy we found them!

Great practitioners who will listen and advise but not be pushy

My first time with the Oakbrook office and staff has been the kind of experience I’ve longed for. Although I have only been there twice(in one week), it’s the most genuine communication I’ve had from a doctor’s office. I’ve been searching for a practice that treats our family as more than just a number, and I’m truly grateful for the care and attention to detail they’ve provided. The follow-up phone calls and the extra check-up were instrumental in demonstrating their practice’s excellent understanding of bedside manners and true thoughtfulness that his sickness matters.

We absolutely loved this place. Everybody was very nice and accommodating. Viktoria took her time to listen all our concerns and respond to all our questions. She did so well in explaining everything. The facility is very clean and nice. It was pleasure visiting this office.

2nd opinion was more than what I expected. I not only was able to explain symptoms but also get educated on how to resolve the issue. So so worth the drive as we live 1 hour away. I highly recommend them and Victoria was a pleasure to get help from.

Jessica and the staff at her practice are phenomenal. We have a great experience every time we go, and love that the focus is on natural and holistic methods to the extent possible when treating our little one. We are so glad we made the Well Rooted choice!
