Valerie and the entire team at well rooted have been an intergral part of my sons health journey. After visiting multiple Drs and not receiving a clear answer, I was at a complete loss on how to help my son. After our initial meeting with Valerie, I immediately knew we were at the right place! Not only did she take the time to listen but reassured both my son and I that we would get to the root cause of the issue. It hasn’t been a quick fix, however, after 6 months my son was feeling better and back to himself and I couldn’t be happier! Valerie didn’t just put a bandaid on the situation, but truly got to the root cause. I’m hopeful for my sons future and it wouldn’t be possible without the help of Val and the entire staff at well rooted. I feel truly blessed to have found them and highly recommend them to any parent who has been let down by the traditional health care system.

We have used Jessica for several years now. She takes time and care when seeing her patients. My husband and I will always feel like she saved our baby. Our youngest was sick and then ended up with RSV and pneumonia. It was Jessica who kept in touch with and made sure our daughter received the best care.

We LOVE Jessica and the team at Well Rooted, and are so glad we made the choice to take our son there. I love their natural, holistic approach so much, my husband and I just started going to their adult practice, Functional Medicine. We’ll never go anywhere else!

I drive an hour just to come to this office. Been coming since my daughter was 3, now she’s 5. It’s clean, professional, quick, friendly, reasonably priced and Jessica is a TOTAL PRO who is the main reason for our visits. Can’t recommend her and Well Rooted enough!

2nd opinion was more than what I expected. I not only was able to explain symptoms but also get educated on how to resolve the issue. So so worth the drive as we live 1 hour away. I highly recommend them and Victoria was a pleasure to get help from.

This practice is incredible! They are very friendly and welcoming. I was recommend to this practice from a relative and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve taken my son here twice so far and they have been great with him. What I also like is that it is a judgement free office. They respect my decisions regarding my son and always give me the best advice and service. They’ve answered all of my questions and concerns as well as took their time with us during our visit. Highly recommend!

Absolutely Love this place! The staff here is amazing! They’re very thorough and it’s obvious that they care about your little ones. Happy we found them!

We don’t go to the Crystal Lake Well Rooted anymore since we moved going over to OakBrook. We saw Victoria was absolutely fantastic. She saw my son for the first 9 months of his life, and she not only provided phenomenal care for him, but also for myself as a newly postpartum mom. They are very respectful of your decisions as a parent at Well Rooted, and it’s nice to not feel like you’re being gaslit by medical professionals. I like how they have holistic remedies available for purchase as well. They also provided me references to lactation consultants, chiropractors, etc as well. My son is now almost 2 and thankfully very healthy. We love Well Rooted!

We are new patients here and had a wonderful first experience. Everyone in the office was so kind and friendly. Valerie was amazing with our daughter, very helpful and genuine in fielding all of our questions, and provided us with great resources. I am grateful for their whole child approach. So happy to have found this pediatric team!

Jessica, Jacki and all the Well Rooted Staff are amazing. Our Pediatrician retired a few years back and we were in limbo for several years, never feeling like any Dr we saw actually listened to us. After our 1st visit at Well Rooted we knew we finally found “the one”. They listen and take the time to discuss options. They support the patient and put YOU 1st.

Love them. I always come in with questions and they give me options to check things out further if I want to. Easy to listen with out being judged. Recommend. They don’t take insurance but you can submit the super bill to your insurance which is nice.

I’m so grateful we found this practice, I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking a new pediatrician. Their facility is spotless, their technology is wonderful, and most importantly their doctors take time in answering your questions and provide so much insight and knowledge to the medical care of your kids.
